Aotearoa

 

With the arrival of Humans a new chapter begins in the history of the planet Gondwana. The population, from the very beginning united, finally splits up and establishes new settlements in the north and the south. In 279, after the defeat of Laurussia the Great War approaches peaceful Aotearoa. Despite fierce resistance the human defenders do not stand a chance against the superiority of the attackers. After the unexpected retreat of the Opreju in the spring of the year 282 the few human survivors face complete destruction and ever so slowly start rebuilding their ravaged homeland.

Cape Travis - Human settlement. Destroyed in 281 by the Opreju. Partially rebuilt.
Forest Hills - Human settlement. Abandoned in 215. Settlers returned to Willer.
Lake Sawyer - Human settlement. Destroyed in 280 by the Opreju. Never rebuilt.
Stoney Creek - Birthplace of Jack Schilt (*597). Stoney Creek is the only settlement that had not been destroyed during the Great War.
Van Dien - The old capital of Aotearoa. Destroyed in 280 by the Opreju. Partially rebuilt.
Willer - First human settlement. Destroyed in 279 by the Opreju. Partially rebuilt.
Wynyard - Human settlement. Settlers started returning to Willer as of 218. Abandoned in 223.
